Guard magnets

Suspended guard magnets of the П (U) type on the base of the check clamp are employed to withdraw ferromagnetic objects from bulk non-magnetic solids transported by belt conveyers.

Self-dumping suspended guard magnets are employed to withdraw ferromagnetic objects from coal and bulk solids transported by belt conveyers. They are manufactured with improved reliability against explosions; can be exploited in the explosion hazard zones of coal-cleaning plants, separators, by-product-coke plants and other enterprises. Self-dumping suspended guard magnets are installed on the discharge hopper along the conveyer on-the-mitre (this is a preferable way of installation) or above the conveyer belt.
