Dust collector

Dust collectors are used for the final air cleaning by dry and wet ways. It is manufactured for УХЛ4 conditions according to State Standard Specification 15150-69. The dust collector may be used in aspiration and industrial ventilation systems at the coal cleaning plants and enterprises of other industrial branches with the air dust level up to 25 g/m³ and dust moisture no more than 6%, when it is needed to get dry catching dust. The combined dust collector ПК 35 consists of the following components:

1. Dust collector body:

  • drop catcher; 
  • paddle grating; Venturi tube; 
  • body; 
  • bunker with the separating element and outlet fitting.

2. Ventilator with electric
motor on the frame.
