Inertial self-balancing screens
The purpose of inertial self-balancing screens is screening of bulk solids with the bulk-load’s volume weight 1.4…2.8 t/m³ (1.4 t/m³ - light self-balanced, 2.8 t/m³ - heavy self-balanced) with the inclination 0…25 degrees. They are used during the operations of dehydration, wet and dry deslimation, black coal, anthracite and pyroshale screening, suspension’s washing from dression products.
Screens aremanufactured in bearing and suspended versions with the drive through the flexiblecoupling.
With theconcurrence of the customer it is possible to make and provide the followingaccessory details: vibrator, body, duct, springs, rollers, tie-rollers.
Screeningsurface sections: stamped, welded slotted, polyurethane.
