Bucket elevators
Bucket elevators are used for inclined (inclination to horizon 60… 70 degrees) transportation with the simultaneous dehydration of the coal and anthracite dressing products with the volume weight of the bulk cargo up to 1600 kg/m³ and with the pieces size no more than 150 mm. Elevator sections are made of corrosion-resistant steel. The closed sections construction provides with the heightened hardness that eliminates occurrence of fatigue cracks under the action of water pulsation. Armored sheets were installed with the purpose to protect the low section from the premature deterioration. All friction surfaces are heat-treated. The bucket construction eliminate sprinkling on the bucked located lower. Ruggedness chains provide with the secure and long-lasting work of the elevator during operational process.
Elevators are used at the coal-cleaning plants and chemical-recovery enterprises in the production string of devices with jigging machines.
Spare parts: bucket band, control rod unit, low section, tooth gear, pinion gear, drivehead.
