Flat sieves

They are set up on the main types of sifters and jiggers machines of “LEMZ” LTD as sifting surfaces.

For setting flat sieves the frame welded along the perimeter with the additional outlets for fasteners is used, but the setting without additional frames with the help of fields is also possible.

As a rule, changing of parameters of welded sieve during the assembling is impossible, that’s why the form and sizes of the sieve should be determined by the customer before its production.

The maximum size of all-welded plain sieve is 2500*4500 mm.
