Sifting surfaces of the screens

The production of polyurethane screens of various shape and with mesh size from 0,5 mm and the production of other goods of different complication.













The advantage of polyurethane screens:
- long period work in comparison with rubber and metal screens;
- less noise content at work;
- more exact separation of sifting material.

Under the requirements of the customer we can manufacture screens with any mesh sizes and with any screen support.












Liners of the surfaces subjected to heavy wear

Polyurethane liners are used for prevention of metallic wear.
The production of sheets for lining are made by two methods:

1.    Gravity casting method renders possible to made the sheets for lining with maximum size 3х2 m and with thickness from 10 up to 40 mm;
2.    Centrifuging method renders possible to made the sheets for lining with maximum size 3х1 m and with thickness from 1 up to 20 mm.
The sheets made by the centrifuging have high accuracy of sheet thickness (tolerance is 0,2 mm by length 3 m).
